Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
